The SANDP1T NETWORK is purposefully designed as the enabling platform for DTCD to foster and develop a community that encompasses employees, DTCD alumni, as well as the current and future workforce.

Through the SandP1t Network, DTCD provides these individuals a safe space to exchange ideas, help each other grow, and contribute to their industry and beyond. It also gives access to an extensive network of industry experts where collaboration between members is encouraged through mentorship and coaching. The open-sharing culture fosters an environment of learning, and is also a terrific way to network with other high-performing individuals. SandP1t Network has functions such as community-as-a-service for DTCD and alumni members from portfolio companies, facilitating networking and community growth.

SANDP1T COMMUNITY

DTCD places its "Community" of employees at the centre. By allowing the Community to explore their creativity and drive their career paths; the DTCD model is designed to reward businesses and individuals who value autonomy, accountability and achievement.

 

Community members are enablers and advocates of the new way of working. These members are at the frontlines of business and industry transformation, and their experience will be a testament to DTCD’s unique approach to pivoting for the future.

 

With DTCD’s innovative policies, advocacy for collaboration through its SANDP1T NETWORK program, and human-centric approach to technology deployment, the Community is encouraged to adopt a collaborative-growth mindset, contributing meaningfully to the growth and success of each other, the firm and its clients

DTCD ALUMNI

As pioneers who have experienced DTCD’s novel approach to business, alumni members can better compare their experiences against their current workplace, presenting a holistic view of what success may look like in the new world of work.

 

DTCD empowers highly motivated individuals to develop sustainable, thriving careers after their time at the company. Whether they enter an entirely new industry or stay in the same industry, they will bring the DTCD DNA to their new workplace, potentially serving as advocates for change based on their experience with DTCD. This is a demonstration of the network effect that DTCD hopes to inspire with its alumni.

 

Through SANDP1T NETWORK, DTCD keeps its alumni engaged and creates opportunities for its current community to connect with alumni, expanding their social and corporate networks. These alumni networks keep DTCD’s community and alumni ahead of talent pressures, as they can provide recruitment and career support from like-minded, highly-motivated individuals in the ecosystem.

DTCD addresses key workforce issues related to business transformation by  implementing technological and management best practices within its JV companies, giving high-performing individuals the agency and autonomy to work effectively and efficiently.
